President/CEO

Lori Forgeron

Lori Forgeron is the CEO and President of WorkForce Development and President of ASPECT BC (Association of Service Providers for Employability and Career Training). With a BA in Political Science from St. Francis Xavier University, Lori has advanced certifications in Values-Based Leadership (Life Strategies Ltd.), Mental Health and Addictions (UNBC), Personality Dimensions Instructor (Career/Lifeskills Resource Inc.), and MBTI Instructor Training (Psychometrics). She has over 20 years of experience in business development, career services, HR, and nonprofit management. Lori’s leadership focuses on empowering individuals and organizations to achieve success through strategic planning, workforce development, and transformative career training solutions.

Regional Manager

Stuart Lee

Stuart, a long-term resident of Prince George, holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Victoria and a Mental Health and Addictions certificate from the University of Northern British Columbia. He began his career in disability employment services in 2007 and has since gained extensive expertise in vocational rehabilitation. Stuart is a Registered Rehabilitation Professional with the Vocational Rehabilitation Association of Canada as well as a Vocational Rehabilitation Professional and  Return to Work Disability Manager designation through the College of Vocational Rehabilitation Professionals. As Regional Manager at WDCS, Stuart specializes in supporting individuals with workplace injuries and disabilities while overseeing the different projects WDCS has across Northern BC.

Operations Manager

Laura Heagy

Laura is the Business Relations Manager of WDCS North based in Prince George, located on the unceded ancestral territory of the Lheidli T’enneh. She holds a Career Management Professional certification and a Career Development Practitioner designation from Yorkville University, as well as a Skills for Success Practitioner Certificate from Douglas College. With a passion for personal development, Laura is also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) and a dedicated dance teacher. Her diverse skill set blends strategic management with a deep commitment to helping others achieve their personal and professional goals, fostering a balanced and empowered approach to both work and wellness.

Manager, Business Diversification

Zack el Sabeh

Born and raised in Lebanon, Zack earned a bachelor's degree in hospitality and Tourism Management from Lebanese University in 2010. He then built a career in aviation, gaining valuable experience in diverse cultures, communication styles, leadership, and adaptability.

 In 2019, he moved to Canada and began working in employment services, progressing from Employment Consultant to his current role as Programs Manager at Workforce Development Consulting Services North. He focuses on improving service delivery, streamlining processes, leading teams, and expanding training opportunities.

 Zack lives in Prince George with his wife, two young children, a dog, and a cat.
